UPMSP distributes admit cards through schools. Unlike national exams, UP Board admit cards are not downloaded online by students — they are printed and distributed by the respective school administration.

What to Do If Admit Card Has Errors
- Report immediately to your school principal
- School will contact the UPMSP district office
- Corrections must be made before the exam date
- Carry a written application from school on exam day as backup

- UP Board Admit Card (mandatory — no entry without it)
- School ID card
- Aadhaar card (recommended)
- Blue/Black pen, pencil, ruler, eraser
- Admit card must have school principal's signature and stamp
